About SG Roofing & Property Maintenance
Based directly in Twickenham, we bring over 20 years of hands-on trade experience to protect and enhance your home. From roof repairs and installations to driveways and landscaping, our dedicated team is built on honest advice, quality craft, and genuine local reliability.
Decades of experience with honest local service
We started SG Roofing & Property Maintenance out of a passion for improving homes across Twickenham and southwest London. Many homeowners struggle with unreliable tradespeople and inflated quotes. We do things differently: if your roof only requires a simple repair, we will clearly tell you. We never upsell unnecessary full replacements or charge overpriced rates.
No subcontractors, just our dedicated team
When you hire us, the people who inspect your property and write your quotation are the exact tradespeople carrying out the work. We never subcontract our projects. By handling every roof, driveway, and landscaping task in-house, we maintain absolute control over workmanship, weather-tested UK materials, and clean, respectful job sites.
A straightforward, transparent survey process
Getting your property inspected shouldn't be complicated or stressful. When you reach out to us, we visit your home promptly, listen to your requirements, and survey the site thoroughly. We then sit down with you and explain every detail of the written quotation so you know exactly what to expect before any work starts.
"SG Roofing inspected our leaking roof and solved the issue with a clean, straightforward repair when others tried to sell us an entire replacement. Reliable, tidy, and thoroughly honest tradesmen."
